My experience is in employment advocacy and civil litigation.

I have over 30 years experience in advising and representing all aspects of employment law.This includes providing advice and legal opinion, strategising around achieving practical and affordable outcomes.



If litigation is required or in place, I have many years of experience at all levels of the court system. This includes appearances before a range of tribunals and disciplinary bodies, , High Court, Employment Court District Court and Court of Appeal. 

 

I  can provide appraisals of any situation. The assessment might result in a referral elsewhere, suggestions around a strategic approach, or a cost estimate for representation if I can assist.

Social Responsibility

An aspect of my practice is to undertake pro bono work, as well as being a Legal Aid provider. There are also community groups and organisations that I support through providing pro bono legal services.

If you are an individual or group that has a case that may be of public interest for which you consider there has been an injustice or wrong, but the cost of legal services would otherwise be an impediment to accessing justice, then contact me and I will review the case to see whether there is assistance I can provide on a pro bono basis or referral on to those that may be able to assist you.
